Our History

Streamline Properties Inc. is a Vancouver, B.C. based developer specializing in the creation of boutique, environmentally friendly buildings using structured private investment.

Founded in 1996, Streamline has established a reputation for high standards of creativity and integrity. The Company has owned a number of investments and properties in the past, and in recent years focused on the development of multi-family residential properties. Streamline is continually striving for outstanding construction quality and design excellence. It is a constant goal at Streamline Properties to building environmentally conscience building from construction materials to the finishes it used along side with the latest technology and scientific advancements in order to achieve a unique product of its kind. The company’s goal is to seek desirable sites providing the opportunity to develop 20 to 30 unit residential buildings, throughout metropolitan Vancouver.

Streamline distinguishes itself as an investor driven Development Company that is focused on providing Vancouver with some of Canada’s most environmentally friendly and visually appealing buildings, while simultaneously providing our shareholders with a competitive return on their investment.


The Team

Jeff Wiegel, President

Principal of HNB Financial Corp. Involved in different aspects of the finance industry over the past 20 years includes real estate, fixed asset and lease financing. Along with extensive business development experience, Jeff brings extensive professional and business contacts that will assist the success of the company.

Michael Knight, General Manager

Principal of Rubicon Investments Inc. Extensive project management and financing experience in numerous real estate, private and public companies. Along with broad finance structuring and corporate development experience, Michael brings a wealth of professional and business contacts that will assist in creating the optimum structuring and success of the project.

Katie Schomaker, Interior Designer

Until recently, Katie was principal of Paradigm Group controlling a multimillion dollar construction deficiency servicing company in Whistler, BC. Responsibilities included contract negotiation with several of Canada’s Fortune 500 development and hospitality companies, financial and daily operations management, and coordination of over 50 employees. Previous experience includes consulting for Patina Home Interiors as an Interior Designer and Project Manager for both renovation and new construction on residential and commercial projects. Numerous opportunities to travel and work overseas have provided extensive exposure to design, real estate markets and a global network. Katie brings dynamic energy in coordinating the operations of the group.

Diane Lauzon, Office Manager

As a graduate of Business Marketing Administration,  Diane has over ten years experience in  Executive Administration in the Finance Department of both the Gold Mining, and Real Estate industries in Vancouver, as well as extensive experience in Marketing Coordination in the Fashion Industry in Toronto and Montreal. Currently following per passion as an Inspirational Writer and Published Author, Diane has taken the last 2 years to travel throughout North America, while residing in Las Vegas, before joining the Streamline team, to manage the finance department of the company.
